I currently have three different monitors running at any particular time while working. A 40 inch curved ultra-wide from LG, a 27 inch LG monitor turned to portrait mode, and the monitor running on my M2 powered MacBook Pro. Besides those, I usually have my iPad Air running, probably a phone constantly showing alerts, and my co-worker's monitors also contributing to the general glare in the office.
