At least, I was surprised, and I was there. Take a look at the before and after shots of this photoshoot we had for issue 373 of The Absolute Sound. The cover story featured the Gryphon Siren Phonostage and Gryphon Commander Power Supply, two incredible-in-person units that are unlike anything we have photographed before.

As you can see from the two images below, what we saw on set versus what we placed in the print magazine look radically different from each other. We'll go into more detail soon, and will link to that case study here when it's ready.
