A couple of months ago, we assumed design and production duties on Dirt Wheels magazine, one of four titles from Hi-Torque Publications: Motocross Action, Dirt Bike, Mountain Bike, and Dirt Wheels Magazines

Hi-Torque already had an efficient internal production process, so with just a few minor changes, we were able to assume design and production responsibilities. Four magazines in a month is a lot of work, but the proof is in the pudding when it comes to testing a production process, and this was no exception. Shelley Lai, who is the design lead and art director of all four titles, has incredible attention to detail and the ability to monitor multiple deadlines across various projects - ensuring timely delivery every week.

We started when each magazine was about to produce their annual buyer's guide issues. Luckily for us, we have a ton of experience putting special issues and buyer's guides together.
