Designing an Awards Section for the Absolute Sound Magazine
The Absolute Sound has a couple of annual awards issues. Those award sections usually take up a number of pages, with shorter reviews, and more space per product/review to showcase the item. However, we often have to work with manufacturer-supplied artwork, meaning that for consistency we rely more on the look and feel of the pages than the product photography to make a unique, custom, feature-like page layout just for that section.
